It is easy to notice what you want. It is getting what you want to notice you that can make for a problem at times. In the office, the challenge heads to another level. We’re stripped of a lot of our prime material. The smooth talk, the flexing of the wallet, or any sexuality rarely finds itself on center stage in the work place. This is an entirely different game that makes for a challenge. Nothing can make the prize seem so much more valuable than putting a good deal of challenge in between the two of you.
A broad set up is the first step to wooing the ladies in the work place. The alpha male does not have cult appeal. If what your personal style is hits a particular niche, you may want go with the sniper’s approach; however, the peacock does not flash the feathers in front of one bird. He lets them all see what he has going on. You want to display your confidence on a broad scale. Keep your appearance top notch and keep your head up when you walk around. Don’t shy away from your territory when contested either. Define yourself. You don’t want to appear cocky or arrogant. Just make sure people know who you are and what you’re about.
There is a bit of waiting for opportunity involved in the work game. Aggression and action may be the course of action in clubs or on other social scenes, but that’s because you need it. You may not see someone again. This is your work place and you will be seeing these people every day. Save the aggression for later and let your daily vibe take over. Look for subtleties in your targets. The ladies will start to notice you and you are getting closer to where you want to be.
Just because you’re leaving the aggression at home doesn’t mean you are going to stop being outgoing. Friendliness and etiquette are two things that will only make you seem like more of a prize catch. This is not without warning. Keep your outgoing nature broad as well. Don’t let your kindness fall upon one special lady. Be nice to guys as well. When you start to move things along you can get a little more specific and let that special someone know how special she is.
The biggest caveat comes closer to the subject of work. Don’t let your target lady know she’s special by helping her with work stuff or being her guardian angel and catching all of her mistakes. Let work and play be separate. You might appear to be like a doormat and someone she will only come running to when she needs help. You want to be her shining knight- not her shining knight that conquers nothing but spreadsheets.
Confidence is the key to success. Being positive and outgoing will always make you more attractive and people will like you without even getting to know you. That will make them want to get to know you.
